Terms of Service

1.1 The DHA Examination Preparation & Training Program is designed for educational purposes only, including:

Preparation for the DHA licensing examination Academic and professional knowledge enhancement Review of core dental and orthodontic subjects Study guidance and exam strategy support Educational mentoring and structured revision support 1.2 The Program is strictly educational and does not replace or override any official requirements set by regulatory authorities in the United Arab Emirates.

2.1 A.J Orthodontic is an independent educational provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

2.2 The Service Provider has no authority to:

issue DHA licenses grant professional approvals influence regulatory decisions act as an official DHA representative 2.3 Participants are solely responsible for verifying the latest DHA rules, requirements, and eligibility criteria directly with the relevant authority.

3.1 The Service Provider makes no guarantees or representations regarding:

passing the DHA examination obtaining a DHA license achieving any specific exam score securing employment or professional registration approval by any regulatory authority 3.2 Examination outcomes depend entirely on the Participant’s individual effort, academic background, experience, and external regulatory decisions.

4.1 The Participant is solely responsible for ensuring that they meet all eligibility requirements for the DHA examination. 4.2 The Service Provider does not verify or guarantee eligibility status with any regulatory authority.

5.1 The Program may include:

online lectures live or recorded sessions question review sessions exam analysis and strategy mentorship support study planning guidance 5.2 The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the structure, content, or schedule of the Program for educational improvement without prior notice.

6.1 Program fees shall be determined by A.J Orthodontic and communicated prior to registration. 6.2 Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the required fees. 6.3 The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or revoke access in case of non-payment.

7.1 Cancellation before the start of the Program shall be subject to the applicable refund policy determined by the Service Provider. 7.2 Once the Program has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. 7.3 Non-attendance or failure to participate shall not entitle the Participant to a refund.

8.1 All educational content, including but not limited to:

lectures study materials slides and notes question banks videos and digital content remain the exclusive intellectual property of A.J Orthodontic.

8.2 The Participant shall not:

copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials share content with third parties sell, publish, or commercially exploit any program content record sessions without prior written consent 8.3 Any breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access and legal action under applicable UAE laws.

Recording, copying, or capturing any part of the Program in any form is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by A.J Orthodontic.

Participants agree to:

maintain professional conduct at all times respect instructors and other participants avoid sharing confidential or restricted content comply with all program rules and instructions The Service Provider reserves the right to remove any Participant for misconduct.

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, A.J Orthodontic shall not be liable for:

failure to pass the DHA examination rejection of licensing applications changes in DHA regulations or policies delays in administrative processes outcomes of regulatory authority decisions employment or career results

All personal data of Participants shall be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable UAE data protection principles.

A.J Orthodontic reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Program immediately in cases of:

breach of these Terms non-payment misconduct or unethical behavior violation of confidentiality or intellectual property rules No refund shall be guaranteed in such cases.

Any form of educational assistance provided through:

WhatsApp support mentoring study guidance AI-assisted explanations digital tools or learning platforms email or messaging communication is strictly for educational support purposes only.

Such support:

does not constitute official DHA consultation does not guarantee exam success or licensing approval does not replace independent study or official regulatory requirements does not guarantee any professional outcome Participants remain fully responsible for their own preparation, decisions, and compliance with DHA requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute shall be resolved in the following order:

amicable negotiation in good faith jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE

By registering for or participating in the DHA Examination Preparation & Training Program, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
