Terms & Conditions

“Service Provider” refers to A.J Orthodontic. “Client” means any licensed dentist, dental professional, or clinic receiving the Services. “Services” means hourly orthodontic consultation and advisory services provided by A.J Orthodontic. “Session” means an individual consultation booked on an hourly basis.

2.1 The Services provided by A.J Orthodontic are strictly professional advisory and educational in nature. 2.2 The Services do not constitute clinical treatment, diagnosis, or direct patient management. 2.3 The Client retains full responsibility for all clinical decisions and treatment execution. 2.4 A.J Orthodontic shall not be liable for any clinical outcome resulting from the use of its advice.

3.1 Sessions may be conducted in person, online (Zoom, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams), or via telephone, as agreed. 3.2 All Sessions must be scheduled and confirmed in advance by A.J Orthodontic. 3.3 Session duration is strictly limited to the reserved time.

4.1 Fees are charged on an hourly basis as determined by A.J Orthodontic. 4.2 Payment must be made in full prior to the Session unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4.3 A.J Orthodontic reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel Services in case of non-payment.

5.1 A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. 5.2 Late cancellations or no-shows are fully chargeable and non-refundable. 5.3 Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by A.J Orthodontic.

6.1 All information shared during Sessions is strictly confidential. 6.2 A.J Orthodontic shall not disclose any confidential information without written consent, unless required by UAE law. 6.3 The Client must also maintain strict confidentiality regarding all non-public materials and discussions.

7.1 Services provided by A.J Orthodontic are advisory only. 7.2 A.J Orthodontic shall not be liable for any direct or indirect clinical outcomes, decisions, or damages. 7.3 The Client assumes full responsibility for application of any advice provided.

8.1 All materials, case discussions, clinical scenarios, questions, methodologies, documents, and advisory outputs provided by A.J Orthodontic remain its exclusive intellectual property. 8.2 The Client acknowledges that all content shared is confidential, proprietary, and commercially sensitive.

8.3 The Client shall not, under any circumstances:

copy, record, store, or reproduce any Materials; share Materials with any third party; use Materials for teaching, training, lectures, or commercial purposes; replicate or reconstruct clinical cases, questions, or methodologies outside their internal clinical use.

8.4 Any breach of this clause shall be considered a material violation of these Terms, and may result in:

immediate termination of Services without refund; restriction from future access; legal action under UAE intellectual property and commercial laws; claims for damages and full legal cost recovery. 8.5 A.J Orthodontic reserves the right to seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent UAE court in case of misuse or disclosure.

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. 9.2 The Client agrees to comply with all applicable UAE healthcare and professional regulations.

10.1 Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. 10.2 If unresolved, disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

A.J Orthodontic may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

By booking or attending a Session, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
